Express Frame

• The left and right ladders of the new Fiesta Express frame are welded both at the top and base for improved strength and stability.
• The left and right ladder assembly is attached by a center beam and is secured into place by two heavy-duty fasteners, NO TOOLS REQUIRED.

Slip Fit and EZ Side Shelves

• Slip fit shelves just slide over the cart tubing and snap securely into place, no tools required. Fiesta offers Stainless Steel and wood laminate inserts, the wood inserts act as a serving tray from barbecue to table.
• EZ shelves have only 4 fastening points and are offered as a traditional wood slat.

Ignition System

• Damaged electrodes and improper installation are the leading causes of ignition system failure.
• For this reason, Fiesta has factory assembled the ignition collector box and electrode to the burner for increased lighting reliability.

Rotisserie Burner

• The stainless steel infrared heat exchanger evenly and efficiently distributes the heat for cooking perfection.

Side Burner

• Easier to install than ever! The one-piece base and burner bracket are integrated for installation ease.
